7 Tips on Keeping Your Network Marketing Members for Life
1. Deliver what you say you are going to do. If you can’t deliver on the basics, then any other steps will be wasted. Support your new team members with realistic expectations to prevent discouragement, focusing on the service and benefits of the product.
2. From there go beyond the usual. One way to win a new business partner for life is always exceed the expected in servicing them, with the truth.
3. Watch your new business partner not your bottom line. More attention to your new business partners needs creates loyalty back to you and your opportunity. Prove to your new team member you are their for the long haul; and they will realize what a great relationship it’s all about and when times get tough the relationship will pull them through.
4. Expect the best. Don’t wait for your new team member to prove themselves, treat each and every one of them as if they were million dollar producers. Again; the long run is the key to lasting relationships.
5. Nurture your new business partners. Consistency with your new business partners, and ongoing consistent support, responsive environment. This is an effective long term approach.
6. Make your new business partners want to stick around. Great business opportunities, compensation plans and products are terrific, but it never hurts to stack the deck to lure new business partners into the long-term fold. Keep these marketers informed, and when theirs a issue of a problem, the truth will work every time. Marketers can handle the truth.
7. Be picky about your new business partners. Monitor what it takes to keep your business partners satisfied; if it’s to costly or simply to much work, it’s possibly better to put your efforts with those marketers who deserve your help not those who are in constant need. It’s a myth to think all your business partners will be life long.
